Standard UK Royal Mail delivery for up to two candles is £2.99. As you add candles or melts to your basket the delivery charge will be automatically calculated, so by viewing your basket you can see what you will be charged for delivery instantly. Orders are generally despatched within 1-2 working days.
We do not currently ship internationally, however if you would like us to arrange this, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to organise this for you.
We’re based in Denbigh in North Wales and if you are nearby and would like to collect your candles or melts we would be happy for you to pop by and pick them up. Just email me at email@example.com or message me on Facebook to arrange something.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
When it comes to customer satisfaction we have a no hassle money back guarantee on any online purchase from our store. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why you are unhappy. We ask that you return the unwanted item to us in it’s original packaging. Upon receipt we will arrange an exchange or full refund. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please provide a photo to hello@bridgeparkcandlecompany so we can organise a replacement or refund. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
