DELIVERY & RETURNS
UK DELIVERY

Smaller orders are despatched using standard Royal Mail 2nd class. Larger orders will be sent by courier. The cost of postage depends on the weight of the items ordered.  As you add candles or melts to your basket the delivery charge will automatically be calculated. By viewing your basket you can see what you will be charged for delivery instantly. Orders over £40.00 are eligible for free delivery, just select the free delivery option at checkout. Orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available, however if you would like us to arrange this, please email us at: hello@bridgeparkcandlecompany.co.uk and we will do our very best to organise this for you.

COLLECTION

We’re based in Denbigh in North Wales. If you are nearby and would like to collect your candles or melts we would be happy for you to pop by and pick them up.  Just email me at hello@bridgeparkcandlecompany.co.uk or message me on Facebook to arrange something.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be delighted with your candles when they arrive. However, when it comes to customer satisfaction we have a no hassle money back guarantee on any online purchase from our store. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email hello@bridgeparkcandlecompany.co.uk and tell us why you are unhappy. The unwanted item should be returned to us in its original packaging. Upon receipt we will arrange an exchange or full refund. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition please email a photograph to hello@bridgeparkcandlecompany so we can organise a replacement or refund.  We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.
